P25 is a pasty (non-flowing) product, which allows it to be applied to vertical or overhanging surfaces. The final impression is very soft (hardness 25 Shore A), it can deform during demoulding, and it accepts an Extraction Stress of up to 30%.

The P25 is particularly recommended for creating full internal impressions in bores with small diameters. Thus, it is injected by compression, and its high elongation capacity allows it to be removed, even in the presence of internal angles. It can also be used to create partial impressions on very complex external shapes: T-slots, grooves, or notches for example.

The impression is, as with any plastiform, very precise. It reproduces every detail (shape, dimension, appearance, surface finish, etc.) with an accuracy close to micron (µm). It is possible to cut this impression with the Double Blade Cutter to obtain a profile of the replica. In this way you will be able to exploit the fingerprint via its profile which will greatly improve the quality of the final measurement.
