Internal Forms
For Internal forms we recommend using a fluid based product (Starting with F).
F20
A Flexible product which can be used for complex internal forms
F50
More Rigid than F20 the F50 is ideal for Partial Impressions which can then be sliced.
F85
A rigid product the F85 is ideal for simple form and can also be measured with contact
External Forms
For External forms we recommend using a Pasty or manual based product (Starting with P or M).
P35
A Flexible pasty Products applied using the Cartridge system. Can be sliced using the Double blade cutter.
M70
One of the more rigid of the manual products, M70 can also be sliced using the double blade cutter.
Indirect Roughness Testing
Expand your Roughness testing capabilities with P80 Ra.
P80 Ra
The P80 Ra has been specially developed for Roughness Control. The surface roughness is perfectly restored, and can be measured directly on the impression using roughness tester or optical inspection device.
Visual Inspection
Inspect Internal and external finishes visually.
F30 Vis
The F30 Visual has been specially developed for visual examinations of the surface condition. The replica accurately transcribes all details to the micron scale, surface defects (tool marks, scratches, streaks, slits, pitting, etc.) as well as shape defects (flatness, undulation, circularity, etc.).
