The F85 is extremely fluid, it is very easy to insert into the parts or cavities to be inspected. It produces a rigid final impression (85 Shore A hardness), therefore non-flexible. It cannot deform and does not accept any stress or elongation during the demoulding operation.

This plastiform can therefore only be used if you want to control simple shapes, without any Extraction Stress. The product does not tolerate any extraction stress: 0%.

The F85 is specifically designed to facilitate the control of simple shapes. Its rigidity allows them to be controlled with contact. This practice is not recommended with other plastiforms but is practicable on F85. If you do not have a visual inspection instrument and want to check simple shapes, the F85 is probably your best choice.

Finally, this Plastiform is also a very good mechanical reinforcement product. Thanks to its versatile rigidity, it strengthens the part and is flexible enough to absorb some of the vibrations
