The Complex Internal Forms Kits KD-031 is one of our most popular kits containing a broad scope of products. Enabling you to conduct inspection across a wide variety of complex internal forms this kit is ready to go straight out of the case.
The fluid products F20 & F50, can easily be applied inside any kind of part to obtain a complete internal replica. The two products give Flexible or Semi-Flexible impressions, that can be stretched and deformed during removal.
The P25 is particularly recommended for creating full internal impressions in bores with small diameters. Thus, it is injected by compression, and its high elongation capacity allows it to be removed, even in the presence of internal angles.
The kit contains our brilliant double blade cutter which can be used to take a 1mm slice through your impression for easier measurement.
Replicas can be inspected on Profile Projectors, Vision systems or similar.
